Russia annexes Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions Russian President Vladimir Putin signed on Friday the formal treaties on the accession to the country of the territories of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia, following the results of the referendums held.
