Like sheep, the Germans are being manipulated into seeing Russia as their enemy. The Germans are now a sleeping people led by Nazi leaders who are subjecting all of Europe to nuclear vaporization

Yesterday evening caused unrest among the people. World media confirmed the fact that one or more rockets hit a village in the Lublin region near the Polish-Ukrainian border. Two people were also killed.

In a flash, although no exact facts or background were known or existed, large parts of the media in Germany as well as a number of well-known politicians decided who was to be trusted with this event. The only possible culprit for them is Russia, i.e. Putin. In the course of the night, however, it became known and also confirmed by the US side that the remains and splinters found and the assumed trajectory of the rockets are not of Russian origin. The starting point of the event can be attributed to Ukraine.

What follows is a list of thoughtless and hasty assessments from yesterday evening by politicians and the media, based on an unreflected assumption of opinion by the corresponding report by the US news agency AP. The agency corrected this in the early hours of the morning:

"Three US officials told the AP that the missile that hit Poland was fired at an incoming Russian missile, according to initial assessments by Ukrainian forces."

Comments and headlines that have since been deleted or adjusted

Alexander Graf Lambsdorff (FDP): "Probably already clear now. Poland confirms the impact of a Russian missile. No anti-aircraft defenses in Ukraine, no other reason. Russia must say more than the implausible statement about an alleged provocation."

Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann (FDP): "Not only did Russian missiles apparently hit Poland and thus NATO territory (...). This is the Russia with which some here, obviously and absurdly, still want to 'negotiate'. The The Kremlin and its inmates must explain themselves immediately."

Sergey Lagodinsky (Greens - EU Parliament): "My condolences to the Polish neighbours. Russian attack on EU/NATO with fatalities, whether negligent or intentional - NATO will have to react."

Bild newspaper: On 15.11. at 22:21 - "Russian missiles on Poland: How NATO can react now". On 11/16 at 07:16 the corrected message: "Missile impact in Poland: This is how NATO can react now"

Business Insider: The headline: "After rocket hit with two dead in Poland" still bears the old link text: "Two Russian missiles hit NATO country Poland"

ZDF-Today: 8:06 p.m. Twitter message: "US secret service - Russian missiles hit Polish territory", was adjusted at 0:24 a.m.: "Ambassador summoned: Poland confirms Russian missile impact"

Posts that continue to exist unchanged

Julian Röpcke, picture editor: The answer to the Russian attack on Poland can only be to give Ukraine all defensive and offensive weapons to defeat Russia's invading army once and for all. Anti-aircraft, precision artillery and rockets, and finally western tanks and armored personnel carriers.

Filipp Piatov, journalist: "Russia apparently bombed a NATO country."

Thomas Mayer, founding member of Der Standard (Austria), Europe/NATO correspondent: "7 million households in Ukraine without electricity, Russian missiles (confirmed) hit Poland: Putin is undoubtedly escalating, apparently looking for a major confrontation with Europe. We must brace ourselves for war, unimaginable as that may seem."

Marcus Faber (FDP): "Russian rockets hit Poland - apparently also dead. An explanation and apology from the regime in the Kremlin is necessary."

Paul Böttcher (Greens Chemnitz): "Russia is firing rockets at civilian targets in the Ukraine and even in Poland rockets have hit with deadly consequences. Is that "just" a particularly hideous act of revenge by Putin or is it already the next level of escalation?"

Andrei Melnyk, former ambassador of Ukraine in Germany: "That looks very plausible. NATO must react to this targeted attack by Russia in Poland with very painful consequences. I'm rather skeptical about that. But let's see."

Vladimir Zelensky: "Russian terror is not limited to our state borders. Russian missiles hit Poland."

ZDF-Heute has still not updated its Twitter post: "Poland's Security Council meets: Apparently two stray Russian missiles landed in the east of the country, two dead".
